By accessing and using the Liberty Holidays website (www.libertyholidays.com) and/or booking any travel products or services offered by Liberty Holidays, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


Note: These terms apply to pre-packaged tours and activities booked via our website. Custom travel arrangements are excluded.

General Information

1.1 Liberty Holidays (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is a registered travel agency and tour operator specializing in Asian destinations, headquartered in Nepal with partner networks across the region.

1.2 Liberty Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers (Suppliers) for tours, activities, and travel services across Asia.

1.3 Our website displays real-time availability and pricing, updated at least daily. All bookings are subject to final confirmation from the Supplier.

1.4 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through our:

  • Official website (www.libertyholidays.com) 
  • Mobile applications
  • Partner distribution channels
  • Telephone/email reservations 

1.5 By completing any booking, you (the "Customer") acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein.


2. Booking and Confirmation:

2.1 To book travel arrangements, you must complete the required information on our website, including providing accurate payment details.
2.2 All bookings are subject to confirmation by Liberty Holidays. Your booking is considered confirmed only upon the issuance of a confirmation voucher. Your credit card will only be charged upon successful confirmation of your booking. 2.3 Upon completion of your booking, you will receive two email communications from Liberty Holidays:
* (a) An initial email acknowledging receipt of your booking request and indicating that it is being processed ("Liberty Holidays Booking is Being Processed").
* (b) A subsequent email confirming your booking and providing your voucher details ("Liberty Holidays Booking has been Confirmed"). If your booking cannot be confirmed, this second email will notify you accordingly, and your payment will not be processed.
2.4 If you do not receive your confirmation voucher within 24 hours of booking, please check your email's spam or junk folders. You can also log in to your account on 
www.libertyholidays.com to review your order status. If you still cannot locate your confirmation voucher, please contact us immediately at [info@libertyholidays.com ].
2.5 The binding contract between you and Liberty Holidays for the specified travel services comes into effect upon the dispatch of the booking confirmation email. Until such time, Liberty Holidays shall not be liable for the provision of the services.
2.6 The full and accurate name of the lead traveler, as it appears on their passport or valid government-issued identification, must be provided at the time of booking. This name will be printed on the voucher and cannot be altered after issuance. Vouchers are non-transferable.
2.7 While our website allows for the booking of multiple travel products within a single order, it is your responsibility to ensure the selections are geographically and temporally compatible. Liberty Holidays will not be liable for refunds resulting from incompatible bookings made in error (e.g., booking tours in different locations on the same date).
2.8 It is mandatory to print your confirmation voucher and present it to the service provider at the commencement of your activity or tour. The lead traveler must also present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the voucher and the supplier's records for verification. First and last names are sufficient.


3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific travel product. Please carefully review the individual terms and conditions outlined in the product description before making your booking. These specific cancellation terms will supersede the general policy outlined below.
3.2 If you choose to cancel your booking, the cancellation conditions specified in the product description and on your voucher will apply. Liberty Holidays strongly advises you to thoroughly review this information prior to purchase.
3.3 Unless otherwise specified in the individual product's terms and conditions, the following general cancellation fees will be applied by the Supplier of the tourist services:
* (a) Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the activity: Full refund.
* (b) Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: No refund.
3.4 You, or the individual you have booked on behalf of, reserve the right to demonstrate to the Supplier that the actual loss incurred due to the cancellation is less than the stipulated cancellation fee.
3.5 The Supplier reserves the right to claim higher, specific compensation in lieu of the aforementioned flat-rate fees if they can substantiate significantly higher losses resulting from the cancellation. In such cases, the Supplier must provide detailed documentation and evidence of the claimed expenses, taking into account any saved costs and alternative use of the services.
3.6 The Supplier may cancel the activity without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, official directives, strikes, or other unavoidable external events (force majeure) render the execution of the activity impossible, significantly more difficult, or unsafe. In the event of such a cancellation, the full price paid will be refunded.


4. Payment:

4.1 We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
4.2 Full payment via credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
4.3 Liberty Holidays does not impose any service fees for processing credit card payments.
4.4 In the event that we are unable to confirm your booking, your payment will not be processed.
4.5 Supplier Payments: Payments to our Suppliers are generally processed via bank transfer and are typically due within five business days of the month following the tour's departure date. For example, for a tour departing on January 1st, 2025, payment would be due by the fifth business day of February 2025.
4.6 Bank transfers to Suppliers may be processed by one or more of Liberty Holidays's subsidiaries, depending on the Supplier's location, which may result in multiple transactions. Due to the high volume of transactions we process, our payment workflows are automated, and we are unable to consolidate payments into a single transaction.
4.7 Liberty Holidays will cover the standard bank fees associated with these transfers. However, any fees levied by intermediary banks or your receiving bank will be your responsibility. We also offer the option for Supplier payments via credit card upon mutual agreement.


5. Passports and Visas:

5.1 It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess the necessary valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for their chosen destinations. Visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice. We strongly recommend that you verify the current requirements with the relevant consulates or embassies prior to your travel dates.


6. Prices:

6.1 All prices are quoted per person unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are based on local tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.


7. Not Included:

7.1 Unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions of a travel product, the price does not cover any applicable foreign departure taxes, security charges, port fees, park entrance fees, customs and immigration fees, agricultural inspection fees, passenger facility charges, and international transportation taxes.
7.2 Also not included are tips or gratuities for tour directors, drivers, and local guides; costs associated with passports and visas; baggage and personal travel insurance; beverages and food not explicitly listed as included in the travel product (these will be billed to you directly by the hotel or restaurant); and any other expenses of a personal nature.


8. Travel Insurance:

8.1 Liberty Holidays strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, and other potential travel-related risks.


9. Booking Arrangements:

9.1 The individual making the booking accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. The contract is governed by and subject to these Terms and Conditions. No modifications or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and duly authorized by Liberty Holidays.
9.2 Liberty Holidays will provide vouchers for each confirmed segment of your booking.


10. Responsibility:

10.1 The name and address of the relevant service provider (Supplier) will be clearly indicated on your booking voucher. Your contractual relationship for the provision of the travel services is directly with the Supplier, and their terms and conditions will also apply. Ultimately, decisions regarding Supplier terms, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds rest with the Supplier, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
10.2 By accepting bookings facilitated by Liberty Holidays, our Suppliers acknowledge that Liberty Holidays, its partners, agents, and employees act solely as intermediaries in arranging accommodations, tours, transportation, and other services. Therefore, Liberty Holidays, its partners, agents, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, or any liability or expense to person or property arising from any act of default, negligence, or omission by any hotel, carrier, or other company or individual providing services included in the tours. Furthermore, Liberty Holidays, its partners, agents, and employees accept no responsibility for sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, governmental restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, weather conditions, defects in any means of transportation, or any other unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our direct control. Liberty Holidays reserves the right to cancel, alter, or substitute any service and to refuse to accept or retain any tour participant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient participation. The liability of any airline used in connection with your tour is limited to that specified in their respective passenger contracts. ARC or IATA carriers shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from defects or omissions by any person or entity providing services or responsible for changes or increased costs incurred due to the cancellation of services by their agents or suppliers for any reason, including insufficient participation. All travel documents and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by Liberty Holidays, its agents, and suppliers.


11. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies:

11.1 We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, there may be occasional delays in updating information, and our service and advertising may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
11.2 Liberty Holidays reserves the right to modify or update information and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website. If a product or service is mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service.


12. Links to Other Websites:

12.1 Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Liberty Holidays.
12.2 Liberty Holidays has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or warrant the offerings of any such entities or their websites. 12.3 You acknowledge and agree that Liberty Holidays shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services.
12.4 We strongly advise you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.


13. Governing Law

13.1 Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Nepal, where Liberty Holidays is headquartered.
